Support information for Diamond Forecast members and site reviewers.
Diamond Forecast keeps account, billing and security support separate from prediction content. Members should use the verified Diamond Forecast account and billing communications associated with their account, and security vendors may reference the public Security page for site-verification details.
Account and billing help
Never send a password, PayPal password, card number or bank information in a support message. Diamond Forecast account credentials are used only on the official HTTPS Diamond Forecast domain, and PayPal credentials are entered only on PayPal.
Security or reputation reports
If a browser, ISP or security vendor incorrectly classifies this domain, reviewers can use the Security page and public methodology pages to verify the service purpose, HTTPS-only public access, account controls and payment handoff.
Service purpose
Diamond Forecast is a sports prediction and model-analysis application. It is not a credential-harvesting page, financial institution, sportsbook or payment processor.
Important: Diamond Forecast publishes probabilities and model analysis, not guarantees. Sports outcomes contain real uncertainty. Qualified picks and parlays can lose, and users should never wager money they cannot afford to lose.
